Who we share it with

We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform, with insurance carriers when you ask us to prepare or submit an application, and with licensed agents in our team network when we refer you to one because you live in a state where we are not licensed. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Text messaging

If you check the optional text-message consent box on our form, you agree that Chapman Life Insurance may text and call you about your quote request, including quote follow-ups and appointment reminders. If you separately agree to promotional messages (for example in our website chat), we may also send occasional promotional messages about our insurance services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If we refer you to a licensed agent in our team network because you live in a state where we are not licensed, we share your contact details so that agent can help you with coverage. We do not share your text-message opt-in or consent, and that agent must obtain their own consent before texting you.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
